Liveness is edited and maintained by the School of Art, Architecture and Design (also referred to as the “School”), which is a department of London Metropolitan University. What Data We Collect and How We Collect It

When you subscribe to our mailing list via our online form, we collect your Email Address. If you are a new student or new staff member at London Metropolitan University and you join the School of Art, Architecture and Design, we add you to the Liveness Mailing List at the start of the new academic year. You can unsubscribe from the Mailing List at any time. An Unsubscribe Link is provided in each email and you will not be added to the Mailing List again.

How We Use Your Data

We use your Email Address to send you regular updates about events, exhibitions, news, symposia and writing at the School of Art, Architecture and Design.

How We Share Your Data

We share your Data with Campaign Moniotor, a third party service that provides us with essential software that is used to store and process personal data to send emails to our subscribers. The University will only transfer personal data to the receiving organisations that have provided they have adequate safeguards.

We do not share your Email Address with any other third party organisations. It is stored solely for the use of communicating with you via our Mailing List.

How Long We Store Your Data

We do not retain your personal data for longer than is required in order to provide you with relevant information or services unless you request us to do otherwise. Should you choose to stop receiving marketing communications, you will be opted out of our Mailing List with immediate effect.

Your Rights

The General Data Protection Regulation gives you the rights to obtain access to, and copies of, the personal data that we hold about you; to require that we stop processing your personal data on your request; to require that we do not send you marketing communications; and to require that we erase your personal data.
